The Knauf thermal laminates are designed as a simple effective way to improve the thermal efficiency in both wallsand roof applications. They are fully applicable with Part L of the building regulations. Consisting of expanded polystyrene bonded to plasterboard, they offer the following benefits- Simple solution to upgrading walls and roofs Quick and easy to install Can be used for both newbuild and refurb A simple way to meet building regulations Cost effective return Size 2400mm x 1200mm Thickness 22mm Tahoma, Geneva, ; text-decoration-line underlineFixing instructions for mechanical fixing Fix to the wall treated batons 50mm x 25mm at amaximum of 600mm centres. Also fit horizontal batons atboth floor and ceiling level. Then fit the Warmline board using drywall screws at150mm centres. Always insure that they penetrate thebatons by 25mm. When installing boards to rafters fix them at right anglesto the timbers. To ensure a solid finish bridging pieces areto used inbetween the rafters.
Delivery Information

We offer FREE local delivery on all orders over £120.00 (£100.00 excluding vat). For all other orders a £12.00 (£10.00 plus vat) local delivery charge will apply.

We aim to deliver stocked items usually within 2-3 working days but in busier periods this can sometimes take longer. On receipt of your order we will contact you as soon as possible to advise an intended delivery date, should this delivery date be inconvienent then we will try our best to accomodate a suitable delivery date. Our delivery radius maps below show the areas that we deliver to - we tend to deliver within 20 miles of our branches in Stoke-on-Trent and Telford on a regular basis.

Click & Collect Information

Orders can also be collected from either of our depots. We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready for collection.

We aim to process your order and have goods ready for collection within the same working day (stocked items only) on all orders placed before 1pm, orders after 1pm will be ready the following working day. In the event of your ordered items being out of stock we will contact you with an estimated lead time on your order.
